Shipping Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We strive for happy customers with happy purchases! However, if you need to return or exchange an item please read the policy below. Orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Sale, discounted, and special order items are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases. Swim, undergarments, Jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE.

All returns must meet the following requirements.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of you receiving your order.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Return Shipping costs are not reimbursed by Harper Trends.
  • Final Sale and Special Order items may not be returned.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. How should I send my return back?

  1. Make sure that your return meets all of the above requirements. 
  2. Securely repackage your items in the same packaging (help us save some trees!) you have received your item.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your package arrives at our Returns Department within the 10-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Harper Trends.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.. Orders placed after 3pm will not be processed until the following morning. Depending on your location and the shipping service you select your order can take 1 day and no longer than 10 days.

Domestic shipping is FREE on total purchases of over $100

USPS Flat rate- $8.00, Delivery Time (Varies on location): 1-6 days


USPS 2nd Day Air- $19.99, Delivery Time (Varies on location): 2 Day

Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico Shipping:

Duties and Taxes

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

By placing an international order with us, you are consenting to pay the duties and taxes as mandated by the destination country. Our international shipping option is for shipping cost only and does not include duties and taxes – this is the responsibility of the customer as hereby agreed to. To calculate exact duties and taxes for your shipment, please contact your country’s customs department.
